    Documents & Data Rooms

Keep every document in one place, get it signed, and share the right files with the right people.

    The problem

Three places, none of them in control

Files in a drive, signatures in someone's inbox, and a shared folder that stays open long after the deal is done.

    The Vault

Every document in a structure you can find your way around

The Vault suggests a folder structure when you start, files documents as they arrive, and keeps deleted ones in a recycle bin. Set a retention policy on what has to be kept.

Get it signed without leaving the Vault

Set the signing order, give each signer an access code or an email one-time code, and send. Reminders go out on their own. The finished file is sealed, with a certificate of completion, an evidence pack and a page to verify it.

    Tabular review

One table from a stack of contracts

Pick the fields you care about and read them out of every contract at once. Term, notice period, renewal: one row per document instead of one document at a time.

    Ask your documents

Ask a question, see where the answer came from

Ask across your documents in plain words. Every answer comes with its sources: the file, an excerpt and how strong the match is, so you can check before you rely on it.

What notice do we have to give to end the supply agreement?

Either party can end it with 90 days of written notice, after the initial term of 36 months.

    Room checklist

Know what is in the room and what is still missing

Running a room for a purpose, such as diligence or an audit? Pick the purpose and the room tracks itself against a checklist: what is in, what is still missing. AI suggests which document fits which item, and nothing counts until you confirm it. Edit the list freely, and save it as your own for the next room. Only your team sees it.

Investor diligence: 7 of 12 items covered, 5 still missing. Only your team sees it.

    Inside the room

See what is read, answer what is asked, then close it

Documents open in a watermarked viewer, stamped with the viewer's name or email, organisation and time. Questions are tracked until someone answers them, and each document shows how often it was viewed. When the work is done, close the room so invited people lose access, then archive it. An archived room can be restored.
