Refund & Cancellation Policy

You are buying access for a period, not an outcome. Fees are charged for making the Service available to you during the subscription period and are earned when access is made available.

• All subscriptions are non-refundable, in whole or in part, for any reason - including cancellation, downgrade, non-use, or dissatisfaction
• Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period - you keep the full period you paid for
• No prorated refunds for unused time, partial months, unused features, seats, or allowances
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle - you will not be charged again
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by submitting a tracked request through the legal, data and privacy request form
• Nothing here removes any right you have under a mandatory law of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by agreement

Our prices may change. A change never applies to a term you have already paid for - it takes effect at your next renewal.

• Annual plans are fixed for the full twelve months. A price change announced during your term applies from your next renewal, not before
• Monthly plans renew each month, so a change applies from your next billing cycle
• We give at least 30 days' notice before any increase takes effect for you, stating your current price, the new price, and the date it first applies
• You may cancel before the new price takes effect and you will not be charged it
• All prices are stated and charged in US dollars (USD), for every customer in every country, India included. Your bank or card issuer converts to your local currency at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee - that conversion is between you and them, and the amount we charge is always the dollar amount shown
