Vault & Data Rooms
One vault for the practice, with a secure room for every engagement built on top of it. Store a file once, share it wherever it is needed, and see exactly who opened it.
1 file. 4 copies. 10 versions.
Everyone you share with keeps their own copy, and every copy grows its own version history. Correct a number later and there is no way to reach any of them, so the file you fixed and the file being read stop being the same document.
A room is a view of your vault, not another copy of it
Adding a file to a room adds a pointer to the vault, not a duplicate. The document lives in one place and shows up in every room you have put it in.
You set the terms for each engagement
Every room carries its own settings: who is invited, when their access ends, what they are allowed to download, and which folders appear in their list.
No signature, no files
An invited person can see the room, and nothing inside it, until they sign the NDA. The signed copy is saved against their name.
Access with an end date
Every invitation is granted for a set number of days rather than indefinitely. If someone needs to be removed sooner, one click withdraws them from every room at once.
Downloads are off until you allow them
Turn downloading on for the files you are happy for people to keep. Everything else opens in the browser and stays there.
Thirty days to change your mind
Deleted files move to the bin rather than disappearing. Anyone on the team can restore them for thirty days.
Engagement level access
Each folder is opened to the people working on that matter. Colleagues outside it, at any level, do not see the folder or its name.
Questions every data room has to answer
Who can see what. What happens if it leaks. What they actually did. And where their questions go.
The same room looks different to everyone in it
Permissions are set per person and per file. A document can be downloadable for one party, view only for another, and not there at all for a third. What someone cannot see, they cannot search for either.
Every file carries the name of the person it was served to
Name, email, IP and timestamp, burned into the file on our servers rather than layered in the browser where it can be switched off. Everyone sees their own name on the page.
A record you can put in the engagement file
Every view, download and permission change, timestamped against the person and their IP. When someone asks who had access during diligence, it is already written down.
Diligence questions stop living in your inbox
Counterparties ask inside the room, against the document. Numbered, categorised, assigned with a due date, answered where everyone with access can see it.

Built to protect what your clients trust you with
How their files are stored, served, and eventually deleted.
Encrypted at rest and in transit
Everything is encrypted in storage, and everything moves over TLS.
Viewers never touch storage directly
Files stream through us and get stamped on the way out. No storage link ever reaches the person reading.
Uploads are checked here, not elsewhere
We verify what a file really is and screen it by fingerprint. Your clients' documents are never sent to an outside scanner.
Deleted files wait 30 days
Long enough to undo a mistake. After that they are gone for good.
Share one file, not four copies of it.
