Sub-processors

FinPera uses the third-party service providers below to provide hosting, authentication, storage, security, analytics, support, AI infrastructure and related platform services. The purposes and data categories are summaries, not exhaustive descriptions of every technical data element. FinPera requires each to process personal data only for the contracted service and subject to confidentiality, security and privacy terms appropriate to the service - whether through an executed data-processing agreement, the provider's standard data-processing terms, or equivalent contractual terms.

Section 16 of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows the Government to restrict transfers of personal data to countries it notifies. The countries listed on this page are not restricted, so personal data of people in India may be processed there.

Retention, logging and training terms are set by each provider, vary by model and configuration, and change from time to time. We select commercial or enterprise configurations where available and do not authorise training on customer content. What a provider then does on its own systems is governed by its terms, not ours - the current position for each is in the provider's own terms, linked below.

Where a transfer requires a specific safeguard under applicable law, we rely on the mechanism available for that transfer - Standard Contractual Clauses, an adequacy or equivalence decision, domestic processing, or another lawful basis. This list may change as we add, remove, replace, or reconfigure providers to maintain, secure, improve, or scale the Service.
