Privacy at a glance

Your account and profile details, whatever you or your organisation choose to put into your workspace - documents, records, financial and governance data, contacts and correspondence - and the usage, technical and security data we need to run, secure and support the service.

To provide the FinPera service you signed up for - including AI-powered features - to keep your account secure, to bill you, and (only if you opt in) to send product updates.

Service providers (hosting, AI, email, payments) acting on our instructions under contractual terms, and our group companies that help us run the service. We do not sell your personal data. The full list is on our sub-processors page.

FinPera is AI-native. To produce results it continuously reads, indexes, classifies, scores, links and re-processes what is in your workspace - in the background, on its own schedule, including data you added earlier or in another module. Where we offer an AI control it governs the feature it names; it is not a boundary on the platform. We apply best-efforts masking to fields we classify as sensitive, but not to the contents of documents you upload. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not authorise our AI providers to train on it, unless you agree otherwise in writing.

See and export your data, correct it, and manage or withdraw your marketing consent from your settings. If your account belongs to an organisation, closing it is that organisation's decision and your settings show who to approach. For data an organisation controls, contact that organisation. For anything else, submit a tracked legal, data and privacy request; we may need to verify your identity first, and may decline a request we cannot verify. Cookies are controlled from the cookie banner.
